## Responsibilities

- Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

## Requirements

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model - 5+ years.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles - 5+ years.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) - 3+ years.
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript - 3+ years.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) - 3+ years.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs - 5+ years.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token - 5+ years.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools - 3+ years.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. - 5+ years.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - 5+ years.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization - 5+ years.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git or Mercurial - 5+ years.
