### Quality Texts & Content Creation:
* Develop and write compelling texts & content for a variety of assets: presentations, expert articles, brochures, infographics; text posts for website, social networks and advertising campaigns (e.g., landing pages).
* Ensure all content aligns with the business goals and objectives, considering the target audience and the specific communication channel or event.

### Target Audience Understanding:
* Ability to learn & understand the target audience, including decision-makers, specific industries, and different types of businesses.
* Identify and address the needs, challenges, and insights of Customers to create relevant and impactful content.
 
### Understanding of IT Solutions and Services:
* Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s IT solutions and services @ Microsoft technologies to effectively communicate their advantages and benefit the target audience.
 
### Research & Information synthesis:
* Conduct quick, efficient research to gather, evaluate, and structure information from various sources.
* Analyze data and integrate relevant findings into the text / content to enhance its value and relevance to the target audience.
 
### Text & Content adaptation:
* Tailor and adapt content for different formats and channels, ensuring it is effective and engaging across various platforms.
 
## Requirements
 
### Language Proficiency: 
* Excellent command of the Russian language with a high level of literacy and attention to detail. Proficiency in English. Ability to use Translation platforms, incl. AI tools
 
### Technical Understanding: 
* Basic to intermediate understanding of IT concepts and terminology, enabling you to accurately convey complex information in an accessible manner to diverse audiences. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, new content formats, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
 
### Analytical Skills: 
* Analytical abilities to assess the effectiveness of text & content, including understanding metrics and feedback, and using this data to refine and improve future content.
 
### Detail-Oriented Mindset: 
* Keen attention to detail in all aspects of texts & content creation, from initial research to final edits, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality.
 
### Multitasking and Time Management:
