We are looking for an Expert Internet Marketer who knows everything about media planning, advertising promotion strategies, launching advertising campaigns and setting up analytics systems. The main focus for the first 6-9 months in this position will be set on managing the creation process for our distinguished client's website, later on you will be responsible for its promotion, market optimization and improvement.

The position is 100% remote. Working proficiency in spoken and written English will be a huge advantage.

## Responsibilities:

- Managing client's website, coordinating development and marketing efforts in scope of new client company's website development 
- Building advertising promotion strategies
- Searching for growth points of projects in digital performance
- Control of KPI fulfillment by projects
- Setting up and launching advertising campaigns Yandex Direct, Google Ads
- Setting up analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, GTM, e-commerce)
- Analyzing advertising and website data with Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica.
- Launching retargeting campaigns in social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns performance by CPO, CPA, ROI, COS, DRR, CTR, CR
- Conducting hypothesis testing to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Conducting A/B testing of creatives and lendings to determine the most effective options and improve conversions
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
- Conducting audits of advertising campaigns
- Conduct in-depth user research
- Development and optimization of SEO projects for various traffic sources

## Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in internet marketing
- Proven track record in managing B2B IT projects 
- Development of internet marketing strategies for international businesses is a big plus
- Understanding of modern trends in internet marketing
- Understanding and practical knowledge of the following metrics CPO, CPA, ROI, COS, DRR, CTR, CR
- Great communication skills
