The client's team is dedicated to assisting customers in transforming their businesses and paving the way for their future success with the specialization in automating and innovating business processes using the Microsoft stack, which comprises world-class technologies.

## Responsibilities

- Identifying goals, objectives and deliverables of the task/project
- Interviewing clients
- Preparing necessary documentation (FRs, designs, concepts, instructions, test scenarios)
- Participation in the implementation of the project/task in the role of consultant-system analyst
- Participation in the implementation/testing of NAV/BC integration solutions with external systems
- Training of Clients on standard and custom NAV/BC functionality
- Testing of developed solutions (together with the developer, together with the client)
- Participation in international projects with communication in English and Russian

## Requirements

- Extensive experience working with Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Experience with full project lifecycle including pre-sales, project mapping, requirements gathering, customization, testing and training
- Experience working as a functional consultant in a Microsoft partner environment
- Ability to receive, analyze and evaluate information from the client
- Knowledge of the main modules of the ERP system: including the financial loop (knowledge of IFRS accounting will be an advantage)
- Experience working on international projects
- Strong intra-personal, communication and documentation skills
- English language upper intermediate
- Russian language
- Knowledge of D365 Business Central is desired
- Knowledge of standard processes is desired (at least one of the following areas):
  - Wholesale companies
  - Manufacturing companies
  - Retail companies
  - Service companies.
  - Financial companies
